A Griever’s Journey

Erica and Sharon discuss Shellee’s personal journey with grief caused by the loss of her husband by suicide. Shellee shares her choice to use  more traditional methods in the beginning such as therapy vs. utilizing an educational grief program.  However, now she has chosen to use the educational method and this is the “before” episode.  Shellee will come back for part two to see how things have changed in her life in the “after” episode.
