Grief Changes Us

The sisters discuss how grief changes us.  Grief changes us in the here and now and changes us forever.  You are immediately changed by the event and then you continue to change as time passes.  If you do not actively go after what is broken in your heart you might not ever recover and be who you were before your loss occurred.  But if you really work on your healing you will get as close as possible at being more of yourself.
