With bathing suit season upon us it’s important to recognize that what is keeping you covered up and indoors might be the grief we feel about how our body.  Erica shares how she has been struggling with an issue with her hip.  This has significantly impacted her lifestyle and she has tried everything in order to feel better.  Society puts a lot of demands on women especially where body image is concerned.
