I want to die

July 25, 2020

Erica and Sharon give voice to the pain and the heartbreak felt by grievers.  They have worked with many grievers who have expressed that they want to die.  Erica shares her own personal experience with those feelings and the stigma she felt would attributed to her if she were to express those feelings out loud. The sisters discuss how these feelings are completely normal and how saying these words does not make one suicidal. They also give advice to the people supporting the griever to make sure that the individual is not suicidal.  For more information please go to our website www.healingstartswiththeheart.com
