The sisters discuss everything that they have learned from their grief.  There is a lot that you learn from grief and the people around you.  The most important lesson learned is that everyone grieves differently.  No two people will grieve the same even if they are grieving the same person.  Most people will not understand what it means to grieve until it happens to them.  Grief is so complex and it is is so heavy, but one of the things the sisters learned is that they are a lot stronger the they thought was possible.
